Registration Procedures

It appears there is more than one way to sign up for education classes so the process can be confusing.

1. When FPI Corp. is Initiating a Location and Dates
   When we are trying to determine if we have enough students in one city to hold a cycle of six classes, we have students fill out the FPI Corp. Application and tell us which of the six courses they intend to take. This form is filled out once in a course cycle and is returned to FPI Corporation.
   
   
2. Registering for a Course with FPI Corp.
   If a person is going to attend an established course then either the FPI Corp. Application  (same as link above) or the credit card payment Registration Form in the website’s Location Table-Registration Column will suffice. Students may also mail a check with the registration form to FPI Corp. ahead of each course or bring them to the instructor on the first day of class of each course.
   
   
3. Registering for a Course with the College
   If a student is going to attend an established course for the certificate (as opposed to auditing the course) then the Taylor University Registration Form is required in addition to any contact information form you may have filled out for the education instructor/company. This form is filled out once in a course cycle and is returned to FPI Corporation, not Taylor University. Fax to: 866.281.4556
